Biography of St. Notburga:
St. Notburga is undoubtedly one of the most venerated figures in the Tyrol. At a young age, Notburga was in the service of the Earl of Rottenburg as a cook. Driven by her charitable nature, she used to give their leftovers to the poor of the master, that bothered the noble Notburga up to force her to leave. Later, she entered the service of a farmer. When this farmer ordered her to go to the field on Saturday at the hour of Vespers, time to dedicate to prayer, Notburga threw up her scythe, which was suspended in air.
